Craig has a broad corporate commercial law practice with a focus on commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, commercial leasing and corporate reorganizations. Craig also advises in estates law and trusts, as well as business succession planning.
Craig advises clients in a wide variety of industries, including private companies and not-for profit entities. He routinely advises on a broad range of business matters including incorporation, commercial agreements and corporate governance.
Craig grew up in the British Columbia Lower Mainland. When not practicing law, he enjoys spending as much time as possible in the outdoors.

Trisha Taylor
Trisha Taylor
Lawyer
Trisha’s practise focuses on estate planning and administration, including trusts, succession planning. Trisha routinely advises executors and trustees on estate administration matters and obtaining grants of probate and administration. Trisha also has an active general corporate and commercial law practice.
Before practicing law, Trisha practised as a chartered professional accountant. While no longer a practicing accountant, Trisha regularly draws from this experience when assisting clients.
When not working, Trisha enjoys spending time with family and friends, and enjoying local nature trails.
